About M
I come from family businesses.
I've seen consultants who stayed long after they were
useful — talking in circles, making things harder, avoiding
hard truths.
The only one who ever made a real difference — our HR
consultant — died when I was twelve.
Since then, I've watched others get paid to be polite while
the company fell apart.
So I built something else.
How I Work
I trained in corporate finance, passed CFA Level 2, and
built models that don't bluff.
But what clients remember isn't just the spreadsheets.
It's the moment they say, "Now I understand."

My practice began beside a bus terminal that opened two
weeks after I was born.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I grew up inside my father's 500+ employee family business.
My childhood home sits behind a bus terminal that opened
two weeks after I was born. I started working there at 19
— shredding documents, learning bookkeeping, then financial
modeling, then strategic planning.
18 years. Every layer. From the filing room to the boardroom.
By the time I left, I was handling land valuation, M&A
readiness, and feasibility studies for 80-rai commercial
property.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Then, my maternal grandfather borrowed me from my father.
I took those ready-to-use skills to his 220+ employee
diversified conglomerate in Southern Thailand.
The challenge: No consolidated financial statements in 12
years. Four business units. Personal assets mixed with
corporate accounts. Headquarters costs dumped into one entity.
My grandfather had vision — he wanted real visibility across
his empire. But the systems weren't there.
I separated everything, allocated costs properly, and
rebuilt visibility across the entire group.

In 2024, I formalized what I'd been doing quietly for years:
building clarity when decisions stall.

How I Work
WHAT I DON'T DO
I don't stay where I'm not useful.
And I don't work where I don't believe.
I don't pretend to do everything. If the work needs legal
review, valuation depth, or specialized compliance I don't
handle — I bring in someone I trust. Or I step aside completely.
I've spent years testing the people I refer — not just for
skill, but for fairness, timing, and how they speak to clients.
We operate on clear referral agreements. No hidden cuts.
No pressure. Just shared clarity — and shared reputation.
PHILOSOPHY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
CLARITY IS NOT A PITCH. IT'S A SERVICE.
I don't walk in with answers.
I sit. I listen. I trace what's not being said — then I test
it against the numbers.
I switch perspectives until the truth becomes visible.
Founder, successor, buyer, customer, creditor.
I build models. I test logic. I redraw the system.
Then I show it. Clean. Calm. No shame.
Most clients say I help them decide.
A few say I help them sleep.
